Question: Imagine you are one of those older workers. You have been invited by the Manpower of Ministry to give a short speech to a group of local businesses to encourage them to hire older workers. Write the speech that you will deliver.


Speech:

Dear Local Businessmen,

Today, i am here to give a speech on why you should hire older workers.

There are 3 reasons why you should hire us:

-We have a lot of past experience in working.
-We can do what we are strong in very well.
-We have knowledge to determine what to do and will remain calm during an emergency.

There are of course a lot more reasons.But that is not the main point of today's speech.
You, local businessmen, should hire us to work during the current financial crisis.
I believe whatever an adultcan do we older workers can do. Thank you.
